IMPORTANT!!!  After activating your account, it's crucial that you log out before activating another code. If you activate a code while still logged into your account, the system will mistakenly apply the product to your account, thinking you're activating an additional product. As a result, the code will be marked as invalid when attempting to use it on the correct account, as each code is for single use only.  

"Code Invalid" message?  Maybe these steps will help:

1.  Check to make sure that you are activating the correct product.  On the Activate page, there are two editions with two different covers.  Make sure you have selected the correct cover that matches the workbook(s) you have.

2.  Make sure you're using the correct code for the portal you want to activate. Codes are specific to each portal, so double-check that you've selected the right one before entering your code.

3.  Did you accidentally activate the code already?  This happens when you are logged into a portal when you activate the code.  The system doesn't realize that you need to create a new account for the new code 😦  If you suspect this happened to you, no problem!  Send us an email HERE and we will get the product activated on the correct account.
